Trying to help some members get their tech rating in the ES specialty track....  I have not looked at any unit paperwork that might already exist in the squadron.... I've noticed the requirement for "unit level resource summary". Does not seem like a complicated issue from the info in the pamphlet but I was wondering if anyone had examples? I'm looking to see just how many things ES directors are actually including... the formating of the document (letter, list etc...) anything else... If you have something handy please share....

Thanks

Funny you should ask...

I just finished one as the final task for my ES tech rating. See attached. It is an Excel spreadsheet. The only planned addition is to incorporate the CAP asset ID numbers on a future version - besides regular updating.

thanks... got another question....

the 2nd page of the track says you must complete AFIADL test *****. the check list that is on page 3 does not mention it.... is it actually REQUIRED for the tech rating?

I suppose technically, it could be required, but when I took it five years ago, it was WAAYYYYY out of date. I think that is a question you should ask your commander about, since he is the one who approves the award of the rating.
