Considering how high this trended over the holidays, I'm surprised no one else posted it.

(There's a couple of big-boy words right in the beginning, but the rest is fine.)

As the internet is wont to do, there was plenty of gnashing about whether or not this is real, Casey explains
some of the physics, tech specs, and reasoning behind the shots in this video:

What's amazing is that this isn't "amazing", this is iterative. Ehang rolled out a 1-seater last year at CES,
however they haven't published any human flight tests publicly, so he's probably still correct that this is the only
one carrying people. To some oversimplified extent, the next step is just math & scaling (I know it's easier said then done).

One thing that is "amazing is that this is Neistat's job.  consider that over your burned cup of coffee the next time
Bill Lumbergh gives you grief over the font you're using on your TPS cover sheets!

The various drone technologies really exploded at CES this year.  It's truly amazing what's coming out into the market place.  4K has barely taken hold in the TV industry, but 8K is coming out in drone hardware amazingly fast.  That development alone, will revolutionize the SAR application of drones.

Drones at CES 2017:

This video isn't even comprehensive, there are lots of other videos exploring drone technologies.

The drone swarm though, is particularly creepy.   :o
