One of several requirements to obtain a senior rating in the administrative officer rating is to develop a program to track required reports required by CAP, annually, bi-annually, monthly, and as needed and ensure they are completed on-time.

Since most reports are submitted via eServices, is there a way the admin officer can get notified that these reports have been submitted?  If not, any ideas how I can create and manage these reports so I can advise our group CC whether a report is due and/or not completed?

Thanks, Dave

Something as simple as a spreadsheet with all of the reports and due dates listed could work.  You just check them off as you go along.  Also putting in calendar reminders is a good approach too.  I usually make the reminder a couple of weeks before the due dates so I have time.
