Last week the NIC released the "NIMS Guide to National Credentialing Definition and Criteria."  It contains the:
Accepted Credentialing Process
Authorized Entry/Acces Procedures (including examples of acceptable forms of ID and qualification)
Credentialing Business Rules

I leave it to this distinguished body to figure out how CAP fits.

couple threads discussing these issues already.

good to see them moving forward. Now that means you'll have to meet the qual's that come out of the finalized version of the draft that came out in November. That's going to either put CAP in the dumpster or change us massively in a good way - here's hoping they don't drop the ball again & realize how much time we've wasted to get ready for this. Looks like good stuff.
