You won't have access unless you are the commander, deputy commander, or personnel officer. For those who do have access it is in the Membership System restricted app on the right side of the eServices homescreen.

It's all good..   The SMs who attended my little presentation on using the Sniffer for DF seemed to like it, and I heard more than one person making plans to buy one.
