Owch. Not only that, but don't crop a picture of a person so close that all you get is brim of the hat to the bottom of the nose... at least get the whole face. Then Photoshop out the fiberglass [crap]houses.
No image manipulation necessary... they really were guarding the outhouses.
You have to have something for cadets to do.

Those outhouses were high value assets. Why else would we dedicate our cadet command staff to the duty? ;)
