SER/CC Resigns

Col Sharkey, the Southeast Region Commander, just recently resigned from the post in a recent letter to the National Commander.  Col Sharkey said that he was looking to further his career and education, as well as start a family.  Clearly the position of Region CC was taking up considerable amount of time (as I imagine it would).

It's too bad to see Col Sharkey go as Region CC down there.  He was a great CAP leader, a real champion of the Cadet Program, and was down to earth enough to even post on CadetStuff.  I'm sure he'll be missed.
