Navy JROTC Ribbons

So I am a cadet Technical Sergeant in CAP and a seamen recruit (I just joined) in Navy JROTC. So here are both questions. Can you only put 3 ribbons from JROTC on your CAP Blues if it is AFJROTC? Or can it be any JROTC branch. And can I put any ribbons from CAP on a uniform for NJROTC?

5-4. a. Three JROTC/ROTC ribbons awarded by military departments may be worn following all other
ribbons (except foreign ribbons) while the member concerned is participating in the JROTC/ROTC
program. When the member is no longer participating in the JROTC/ROTC program, JROTC/ROTC
ribbons will be removed.

don't forget that once you graduate or end your involvement in JROTC/ROTC the ribbons come off.
