Title: Dayton Ohio Hamvention
Post by: Major Lord on May 12, 2010, 01:15:15 AM
Are any of our comm's people going to the Dayton Hamvention? If you are radio guys, you will lose your mind walking through the mother of all American ham radio expositions! CAP'rs, feel free to come and visit me in the Byonics booth.  Its a great activity to take Cadets and Scouts to. They have an awesome Ham Swap meet going on outside the convention center.

I've only made it to Dayton once and I was told the show was "smaller" than in the past. Smaller? I'm pretty sure I didn't come close to seeing everything!

It was a great time, I do hope to go again someday.

I would love to go to the Hanvention but unfortunately it is too far from Europe to Ohio and too $$$$$$$ for the flight.

Hopefully one day I can make it.

Enjoy the time at the exhibition in Dayton.
