I remember a time back when I was a cadet that one of the seniors in my Squadron took my photo and was able to upload it onto eServices. I did not have to do anything on my end.
As a Personnel/Admin Officer now, is that option still available for us to upload cadet's photos for their 101 cards, or has that been changed?
Perhaps you have a supervisor or a Deputy Commander to pose this question to? Weren't you a Cadet like 2 weeks ago?

Still available under Administration.

He went senior in November.
roger, so he was a Cadet 2 weeks ago.
Politician: run these questions by your Supervision or Leadership; they likely have the answers that you need. This will not only be an avenue for replies, but will also let them know about your progress on your Senior/PD journey.... I also went from Cadet to Senior, FWIW.

I actually was a cadet until August.
Currently, I am seeing this in "Photo Admin" under Administration.

Senior leadership isn't sure what I am talking about since the last time we performed this task was 5 years ago and the entire leadership team has changed.
Just to bring some closure to this topic, if you go to Reports>Duty Position Access by Application you will see that uploading photos is reserved for Commander, Vice CC, Dep CC, Dep for Seniors, and CoS. As the personnel officer, you can only view the photos; you cannot validate them or upload them.
Members will have to upload their own photos or one of the above members of the leadership team will have to do it.
Or technically command could delegate that responsibility and enable access to the feature for a member via their WSA.
They could.
