I just installed SIMS 5.7 on with Access 2010  a few weeks ago.
it has improved tremondously and is a great program.
I'm still entering master data .

Are you doing it manually or did you import CAPWATCH?

imported files from CAPWATCH.

one thing though, first time, one has to manually update the promotions and reqirements of cadet records.

True enough, especially for all the stuff eServices fails to track.

I asked because I've seen more than one person setup an entire squadron manually only to find out after that
a good chunk of the work is done with a data import.
