It's missing a few set screws needed to secure the legs, but it's otherwise more than serviceable.
That computer stand looks like a music stand. Of course being made for computer use they doubled the price. >:D
Looks like one, but it's a lot different in weight and function - I've got a standing one and a sitting one - would not work remotely without it.
