1) Is that individual still a Civil Air Patrol member?
2) How does CAP handle such situations? Is there an investigation? Must it result in dismissal? Is it case by case?
On #2, that is really up to the individual's commander, and their chain of command.
She is no longer a CAP member.
Yup and as of Apr 2013 she was still perpetuating her lies and hoodwinked a local news station into buying it. Though in the same forum the CD for the wing was putting up a heck of a fight for her.
She's a proven fraud nothing more to see.
