Nah, don't want it.  We've already got pilots who can only fly the 172 complaining about the 182s.

Have a lot of cleaning to day after cadet o-flights. Nobody eat a big breakfeast.  :o

Then again, maybe it would look good in red, white, and blue...

♠SARKID♠

We should recruit some of the old "Red Hats" from Area 51 to fly it.

The title says "Original Russian MIG-15 "FAGOT" Fighter Jet". Anyone know how it got the nickname?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NATO_reporting_name

http://www.designation-systems.net/non-us/soviet.html

To summarize, NATO did code names for Soviet (and I believe Chinese) aircraft during the Cold War. Applicable here is that the name starts with an "F" for fighter, and is two syllables to designate it as a jet aircraft. Prop aircraft (like the Tu-95 "Bear") had single syllable names. The Bear was a bomber, so it had a "B".

Cargo aircraft had a "C", like the jet An-124 Condor.

The pattern roughly continues from there.

They forgot to put the "some assembly required" disclaimer on the ad.

We should get it, and park it on the trailer in front of Kirt's neighbor's house!

Um, why does someone have a Mig 15 sitting in their backyard anyways?

If you have a Mig 15 in your backyard, you might be a redneck...

Why not just park it in Kirt's front yard?

Because he would sit in it all day making "rat a tat tat" machine gun noises and yelling "I feel the need. The need for speed" right before he pulled the eject handle and threw himself over his house.

Would he be wearing his CAP flight suit as well?  I bet that eject handle will only work once though....

Oh and don't forget, he'd be playing the Top Gun soundtrack while yelling and stuff.
