Data missing from CAPWATCH

I recently downloaded the CAPWATCH database and noticed that in the last month they have eliminated the "MemberAchv" table and seem to have replaced it with a table entitled, "MemberDspAchv".  Now, these tables are supposed to have the ES specialties in which you are qualified, however the new MemberDspAchv table is missing about 75% of the quals that should have been there.  In other words about 75% of the people listed as qualified Mission Pilots last month aren't listed in it this month. 

Anyone else seen this or have an idea what is going on?

sounds like they updated the download with what they said that would, https://www.capnhq.gov/news/CAPWATCH_Downloads.pdf but didn't update the application/module itself
