Okay, I've searched around for awhile and cannot find where, as a commander, I can change people's personnel items such as their email addresses.

Does this module exist in any form?  I know that the individual people can do it, but the real issue is that some of my newer cadets email addresses are wrong, and walking them through eServices on the phone is a pain.  When I do mass emails, I always get one or two kicked back.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

You could also do this through WMU. It will sync up with eServices overnight.

Are you positive? From what I have seen and heard, the synch is one way - WMU pulls information from Eservices. WMU does not put infomration into Eservices.

WMU and E-Services sync on a good number of things

BUT, not contact info.  WMU pulls from E-services and will list discrepancies in red should you go to look at the member information

I'm not sure about the Commander being able to change it, however; I know the DP can.  We had to do the same thing here with a misspelled email address.

Correct - and the commander should have this permission assigned automatically so yes, the commander can change it.  The unit DP can do so only if the "CAP Personnel Information" permission is granted by a web security administrator (WSA).  This is a good application (permission) to grant to deputy commanders, administration and personnel officers; especially in a large unit.
