Hey everyone. I'm hoping the collective mind/archive can help me out here. I need a blank copy of the CAPF-2 from before the grandfather clause went into effect (1 rev. back from the current version)

Does anyone happen to have a copy laying around?

While the current CAPF 2 doesn't specifically say so, previous forms are usually not accepted unless the new form says previous forms can be used. That said, if you or someone else qualify for the grandfather clause promotion, then it will be indicated as such in eServices. You can also use the current CAPF 2 and reference the grandfather clause eligibility on the remarks.

Understood and this is not going to be used for any official submission but rather reference only. Without going into much detail, we're having to do a little "compare and contrast" work to build some documentation for an issue that has come up.
