Website Title and Website URL

I have a question about my profile. In the area where I can customize my profile (signature, avatar, etc.), there is an option for a Website Title and a Website URL. What are these items, can I use them, and how would I use them? I wanted to ask before I tried anything (just so I didn't break something).

If you fill those in it will display an icon that people can click on rather than having it in your sig.  The title should be a functional name like your squadron name, and the URL should be the full web address http://www.tx388.org/

Thank you. I just tried it, and it works. Now my signature is less cluttered.
