I'm really struggling finding all of the Regulations, Manuals, Pamphlets, and Forms that are applicable to the Leadership Officer. Any help is appreciated!
Take a look at the cap pamphlet for cadet programs officers specialty track.
You will see that the term "Squadron Leadership Officer" may still exist on eServices. This has been changed to "Leadership Education Officer." Check out CAPR 20-1.
A Leadership Education Officer should be familiar with all of these:
- CAPR 20-1, Page 37
- CAPM 39-1
- CAPP 52-8
- CAPR 52-16
- CAPP 52-18
- CAPP 60-20
- CAPP 60-31
- CAPP 151
- CAPP 216
This list is not all inclusive, but it's certainly a good start.
