I'm 75% of the way to my Bronze Award in the challenge.  Just need 4,900 more points.  Should have it in a week or two.

You know, I've stopped logging my activities, but I have kept up exercising, and well... not eating everything in site.  I'm now down 13 pounds since the start, and still loosing.

Perspective:  I am now at the USAF max allowable weight for my height at 211.  I also am not carrying around the equivalent of 2 and a half bags of sugar.

I'm now also smack dab in the middle of the overweight thing as far as BMI is concerned, but at least I'm not .1 away from obese!

Thanks for the encouragement and start CAPTALK!

The tubas will be mourned profusely.  He should have aimed for the flute section...
