.HHC on a EF Johnson

Sir,

I have an EF Johnson setup with an HHC and Junction box.
I have placed the radio under the driver's side seat connected the primary and ignition to battery positive, grounded the radio to the body, connected the antenna using a n to so239 adapter but I cannot figure out how to turn the radio on from the HHC and the Deputy Sheriff who programmed it for me doesn't know either. Can you assist me Sir ??

If I remember correctly, on/off should be left-most button on the top of HHC - you might need to hold it down for a little while?
