Out of state encampment interview/RST question

Hello.

I am a cadet in FLWG and due to scheduling this year it looks like the only encampment I can attend (staff) is NCWG's.

However, on their application form they specify that the interviews and two RSTs (all seperate dates from encampment) will be held in person at the wing HQ. That of course makes it pretty unreasonable for me to attend as I would have to fly from Florida to North Carolina 4 times for a 15 minute interview.

I was wondering if anyone knew if virtual accomodations exist for this type of situation? I tried emailing the encampment email (twice) and i am yet to receive a response in almost a week now. I do have the encampment commander's email, would it be appropriate for me to forward me question directly there? The deadline for registrations is march 1st.

You might get your squadron commander involved and ask him do do some higher level communication.
