Multi QTR Entry Broken?

  Anyone else tried multi entry for the SQTR lately?  I've used it in the past with no problems, but now am unable to.  When I try it clears the SE CAP ID and gives me a pop up message:

  Submission Error

Not all requirements have been entered and/or obtained:

Enter a list of CAPID or select a member from a unit.

  Tried it multiple ways.  I've checked and rechecked to make sure I wasn't overlooking something.  No issues if I do one at a time.

It's never really worked for me regardless, I always end up having to go back and check individual entries because they don't all go through.
