I found this video on youtube.  It is a public broadcast called "Community Conversations" It's an interesting interview of a couple of local CAP members.

Whoever the Captain is, he needs to fix his ribbons as they are out of order.

Secondly, in many of these interviews they provide questions/talking points beforehand, and so he should have prepared better (even just read the CAP wiki page or pretty much any CAP fact sheet) as it seemed like he was at a loss for information.

For example, he wasn't able to fully explain our ES missions, said we have 9 Regions, and I generally feel he was unprepared and kind of dropped the ball in a few areas-- suprising considering what his ribbons/badges reflect he has accomplished. That said, the Cadet seemed sharp and knew his information very well.

I'm always happy to see CAP getting such public affairs exposure, but we need to make sure we prepare and take advantage of the chance to tell a bit about what we do and not waste these golden opportunities.
