"Effective immediately, the Director of Administration & Management has directed that service members, federal employees, onsite contractor employees, and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask in an indoor setting in installations and other facilities owned, leased or otherwise controlled by DOD in the Pentagon Reservation."

So, at the moment, this does not apply to most CAP members as we aren't on the Pentagon Reservation.

"and visitors,"

Seems like it would apply to thousands of us, actually. Two of my past unit commands were on base. We have hundreds of members on bases coast to coast training right now for encampments, NCSAs, NESA...

This guidance refers specifically to the Pentagon Reservation, not all DoD reservations. I don't doubt that guidance will likely be coming shortly, though.

It is DoD-wide in high transmission areas. I already saw the memo that is starting to filter down. It is a federal-wide mandate, so it does not apply to only DoD. Other federal buildings in high transmission areas are mandatory mask zones.
