Did someone forget to pay their domain registration bill? Have not been able to load the CAPTalk page for days. Had similar trouble about a week ago.

Nope. No issues here.
eServices on the other hand has been on and off for me for the last day or so. Hang-ups on loading.
While we're working behind the scenes, there's been no user facing downtime that has been induced by anything we're doing there.
Now, flaky host? Maybe. Won't be the first time.
