Did they use dropbox to share Google Earth KML files?
In preparing for Irene response, using a shared Google Doc was also helpful.
^ We did the same thing. Made life super easy.
NJWG has an excellent Google Account network set up with mail (@njwg.cap.gov), a calendar, shared docs, sites, and all sorts of access to information we need. It is also free for non-profits. More here (http://captalk.net/index.php?topic=11244.msg206329#msg206329).
