Interim CC for Puerto Rico Wing

Lt Col Luis Cubano, former PRWG CV, has been appointed as PRWG Interm CC after Col Rafael Roman resigned to the CC post last Saturday, just minutes after the closing of the PRWG Annual Conference. The resignation comes after months of continuous visits from NHQ and SER personnel to the island. Roman expressed in his resignation letter that, his decision is the result of his interest to devote more time to his family and work, and due to health problems. Lt Col Luis Cubano assumed the Interim CC immediately and we wish him a smooth transition.
