Service Coat Sizing Charts?

Does anybody know where I can find a sizing chart for the USAF service coats, particularly sizing charts and measuring instructions for the female service coats?  We're trying to guess what sizes to order two cadets, but don't know how the sizes work.  Thanks.

Got this from the AAFES site, albeit it is Army Class A sizing.

It claims to be DOD though.  Let me look furthur though.
