So I decided to start a bit of a competition: Come forth with your wing's greatest Encampment Video and share it with the rest of us! I have two with me:

Cadet Video

Staff Video

Thanks to the lovely PAO (henceforth "pow") staff for bringing these awesome videos. Also, appreciation for the cadets in the background doing things like Training (TRNG), Services (SVS), Administration (ADM), and Logistics (LOG) make the world go round for the cadets. (Not even mentioning what the SM's do for us... words cannot do their deeds justice.) Also, what areas of work are there in your wing's encampment, and what do they do?

If you remove the "s" from the "https" in the URL, the videos will show with an embedded player.
Also, strip off any trailing code after the identifier of the video.

With that said, Caveat Emptor.  There's a lot of encampment experience on this board, and
these kinds of threads tend to bring out the warts and calluses.

Like the time we hog-tied a "ninja" and....wait, the statute of limitations hasn't run out on that one yet. Sorry. Never mind. Nothing to read here.

Or the time these two cadet officers decided to walk back to their barracks from the shower in their towels and...crap. Same issue.

OOH! How about when we were sitting outside the barracks at Fort Benning in 1982, and this massive MASSIVE cadet came up to us while we were dipping chewing tobacco, helped himself to a giant scoop, got sick and promptly threw up on our tac officer when he came in to see why we were up and being loud? THAT was funny. I think Colonel Jack was there for that encampment.
Still a major after all these years.

You probably know them better as Tacos.

Nope. I only had FTO's as the only SM influence seen by in-flights. Other than the various mentors for SVS, LOG, ADM, PAO, TRNG and MED.

Same thing.

TAC = Teach (or Train) Advise Counsel

The senior member(s) assigned to flights and other supervisory roles.

C/Cool

Well, lets see if this starts the trend. Here is the video from the 2010 VAWG encmapment. This was not my year though. I basiced in 2012 but they didn't make a video for that year. Anywho, Two of my brothers are in here and two other cadets that used to go to my squadron. I hope y'all enjoy.

I'm sorry, did the middle of my sentence interrupt the beginning of yours?

If you insist, these two are mine. Yes, I know I recycled the music.   :P
