Effective today, username changes will only be made on a case by case basis. Users no longer have the ability to change their display names willy-nilly.
Users can request a name change here, for the sake of transparency. Name changes may be granted and then only for legit cases (ie. "I was 'AmnSmith', but hahaha, now I'm a senior member. Guess I didn't plan that too good, huh?"). Not "Its Tuesday."
