Humor from NOTF

I know most of us here don't consider NOTF as anything worth while, but occasionally a very humorous item appears. For example:

    In Finland, incumbent parliamentary candidate Jyrki Kasvi has launched the new version of his campaign Web site -- it's written entirely in the Star Trek language, Klingon.

Is not NOTF by definition humor?  I mean I always get a laugh when I read their dribble!
