Coming Back into "Active" CAP

Hey there Guys,

I've been pretty inactive in CAP these last few years, I plan on easing back in.  Lots of changes I see.  Will be asking questions bit by bit.

Of course the flip side is you'll see lots of things that you thought would have been changed by now, but its still just being talked about, with no action.    ;D

With all due respect, read the governing regulations before you ask questions.  CAP should be your last resort.  Don't forget the Knowledge base portion of the CAP hq website.  It's not the same ID as eServices ID, but you can ask questions there.
