Old HFZ entry delaying cadets advancement -

It looks like an old HFZ from over a year ago is holding back my approval for a cadet's promotion.  Im kinda stuck here.  Ideas?

I'm confused, has the Cadet not done a PT test in the past year?

Same question from me.

A CPFT must have been conducted within the previous 180 days.
