Where could one purchase the pullover sweater or lightweight blue jacket outlined in CAPF 39-1? I see them on Exchange (https://www.shopmyexchange.com/v-neck-sweater/2474454 and https://www.shopmyexchange.com/dlats-lightweight-jacket-with-liner/0039511), but where else can someone find these things?

Not my whole unit. I am thinking about wearing one or the other in the winter months.

If you have a base nearby, check the base thrift shop, you can often find used uniform items in great shape cheap. Also a good surplus store may have them.
