Getting started in GES

Im fairly new to CAP and have completed Level 1: Foundations.  My goal is to become a mission scanner, whats my next step GES?  Where exactly do I find that?  Also, whats a 101 card? thanks

To find the GES module, log into eServices and click on the "Learning Management System" link. CAPT 116 is the first item in the "Emergency Services" sub-heading.

A 101 card is a document showing, among other things, your Emergency Services qualifications. You can inspect yours by logging into eServices, clicking on "My Operations Qualifications" on the left side under "Favorites" and then clicking on "101 Card" under the "Emergency Services" sub-heading.

You may want to ask your commander to assign you a knowledgeable member as your mentor.
