Cadet Promotions Application

On eservices this morning I found a new announcement about a Cadet Promotions Application.  It stated "CAP is giving squadrons the opportunity to bring their cadets' records into the 21st century. The "Cadet Promotions Application" is an on line system that helps local leaders manage cadet progression, via eServices."  Heck, I'm still having problems with the 20th century, let alone the 21st.

Has anybody found this application?
