Jacksonville, FL Help Needed

Looking for some help from someone in a flying squadron in Jacksonville.  I have a friend who was a cadet for the four years he was in HS, then spent 20 plus years as a Warrant Officer pilot in the Army and about the same length of time as a pilot for TWA and American.  Now completely retired(nobody is completely retired !!) and expressed his interest to me in rejoining CAP.  I just saw him this weekend at the OV-1 Mohawk Reunion and had several long talks about CAP with him.
