Is there anyone that actively searches for jobs for CAP to fulfill?

Some questions I've wondered about...

Let's say the state geology service wants an aerial survey done. Do they just pick up the phone and call CAP HQ if they want that done by us?

How about a local university? A local business? A local police force? etc.

Is/should someone in the squadron be going to these people with a flyer of some variety and letting people know about our capabilities?

Your group or wing should be reaching out to agencies, but nothing prevents your unit from advertising CAP's capabilities to potential customers. At some point, however, you wing would have to get involved.
