I'm applying for staff at encampment this summer and im looking for info on the following jobs. Unfortunatly theres not many descriptions out there, though i have a solid understanding of most but not all.

Inspection/Evaluation Officer NCO
Operations Officer NCO
Supply Officer NCO

I will either be a c/tsgt or c/msgt by the time of encampment.

Thanks

Beyond assumptions from the titles, you'll have to ask the encampment staff - those will mean something different at each encampment.

Try the following link:

Then click on NETM to the left.  You should find generic position descriptions in there.  Anything more detailed, contact the POC for the encampment in question.

Good luck.

If you want a little more detailed and easier version to read,  PM me.

10 years for the actual document referenced. I guess NYWG must have reached perfection long before the rest of us.  :D

I didn't realize the positions of Logistics NCO, Stan Insp/Eval NCO, & Operations NCO have changed so much in 10 years?

It's a good thing I said a "generic description" versus a "detailed account" to what that job does at the specific encampment the OP applied for.   ;D

Actually I was commenting more on the publication in general than the staff descriptions. Considering that 52-16 has been updated twice since then, you would think that the folks up in NYWG might want to update there literature. Just sayin'.
