Is there a way for your Squadron Commander to advance your specialty track rating on eServices? Or is completing the form and mailing it in the only way? Thanks in advance.

Yes,  Your Squadron Commander or Personnel Officer can edit Specialty Track information in eServices.  It's on the right side under SPECIALTY TRACK

Professional Development officer can put in a new rating there too...if anyone other than your CC puts it in, it goes there for approval.
