When I used to do this for my wing a long time ago, it varied year to year, even wing to wing. Sometimes the tasks were entered while at NESA, others we were given the printouts and I entered them.

If you need it ASAP, take your signed task book (or printout from NESA) to your unit ESO and they can enter and/or approve it.  I used to tell my unit to enter the data themselves and it would come to me for approval.  What the SOP is in your unit may vary.

I can't speak for MAS, but GSAR quals were all done on PDAs and uploaded automatically to eServices at the end of the week. I take it that's not the case with you?

Thunder

I entered it straight into E-services with my MAS instructors CAPID, and then clicked it to my squadron commander for final approval. Seemed to go smooth, I had my observer rating within days of returning from NESA. No paper or forms needed.

MAS here,
i got my instructors signatures and i inputted the info on e-services myself.
As far as the mission numbers..
I did the A number with S( indicating sortie) and the number sortie that i flew.

all I am missing is my f91 which I am taking tomorrow.
