Well it appears eServices is allowing for NCSA applications.... I'll probably be working on mine and waiting until 1 Dec to submit though.... all those essay questions needed for IACE is going to take a bit for me to do 

edit: And I might wait until I finish the Eaker as I don't know if it'll automatically update my grade... I hopefully will be getting it either just before the new year or just after...

Per the instructions on the website, they will be checking eServices for current grade on February 18. So if you earn your Eaker after submitting the application, but it is posted prior to February 18, you'll get credit.

On the NCSA main page there is no link to click on to fill out the application.

And there won't be until Dec 1. Applications are not accepted before Dec 1.

I was going by Ossy's earlier post which said that EServices was allowing applications.  Thank you .

That would be because you have to fill it out on eservices
