Seems not too bad. I heard that the FAA was changing their charts, including the VFR sectionals. That they are going to privatize these charts. Anyone hear such things?

Nope, I haven't heard anything however I really don't thank that there would be any major changes to the charts. The IFR charts changed the scale about a year ago just a bit of worthless knowledge  .
