...and as previously mentioned, an old nylon is the best "quick buff" tool around. It's quite a conversation starter; 'do you have an old pair of panty hose I can have?"

I used it everywhere on the boot except the toe, that I left alone so if it didn't come out to my expectations I would at least be able to spit polish the toe. I'm glad I did.

It does give you an 'acceptable' shine for the majority of the boot.
