Chain of Command Tree

Does anyone have a chain of command tree template? I'm talking about the one where it starts with the unit cc and you break down all staff positions in a tree style format? I've seen one in excel but don't remember where I saw it.

Yes, I know what they look like and consist of. I was trying to make one on Excel and couldn't get it to look right, so what I was asking was if anyone had a template available.
