Texas Encampment Application

Hi all,
Just wondering, I will be attending Texas encampment as a basic cadet this year and was wondering if I have to get online for the application or just send in the CAPF31...

The application needs to be approved by your chain of command to include your Wing Commander. I would check with your Squadron Commander or Deputy Commander for Cadets first.
