BOG Opening

Do all of our Majors and above have their applications for the BOG in? Seems like if you really want to change the direction of this massive ship, the BOG is the one shouting out orders to the helm.

Interestingly, in an organization where rank doesn't matter, if you don't at least fake your way to Major you don't even get a chance to have a seat at the table.
