It also looks a little bit like West Point uniforms...except they have actual uniform pants, and, of course, a cap.

I don't know, there were quite a few good ones, aside from the good Doctor....Fawlty Towers, As Time Goes By (with the lovely Dame Judith Dench...), Ballykissangel, Absolutely Fabulous (even after seeing the entire series a few times, it's still a riot), Are You Being Served, and then of course all of the shows the Americans "adapted" (read "stole the idea for"): The Office (I nearly had an asthma attack from laughing at the BBC version...and I don't have asthma), the Gordon Ramsay catalog, Shameless....the list goes on....and I apparently watch too much television....

And fezzes are cool.

And so are bow ties.
