Delivered a glider to Minnesota for repair, there and back in a day...

A line of storms chased us in the mirror all the way back home, but when we stopped for a quick
break and some to-go dinner it gained a little ground, and by Beloit the mean pink part was bearing
down on us with tornado warnings.

Utilizing our ORM experience and skills, we made the split-second decision to...

...go for ice cream at Culver's and watch it pass.

This is just one of hundreds of tasks and activities like this that happen every day to keep the wheels
of CAP moving and that most members are unaware of.

I am surprised! Usually it is the men and women chasing the storm clouds, not the storm clouds chasing them!

So about 350 miles each way? Hope you had a co-driver to share the driving.
The ORM sheet for this trip when you factor in the weather had to be interesting...

Great work, Bob!  (I agree with Phil ... I hope you had a co-driver.  That's a load of road to handle yourself.)

I didn't know you were in that part of Wisconsin.  My sister lives in Lodi.
